In Module 2, you begin working on your Genius Hour Quest. This module is all about defining what you are doing and trying out something you have never done before. During this module, do not be afraid to make mistakes! You learn a lot from making mistakes and overcoming them.
It's helpful to explain an idea to someone when you sketch it out on paper to show them. It can also help you understand all the different parts of your project. Follow along with this video to learn some helpful tips about sketching ideas as a method of communication.

There are many different ways that you can plan a project. Each type of plan is useful in different circumstances. This video explains all about long-term plans (what we call the Action Plan) and short term plans, like a Daily Agenda.
Creating an Plan of Action is really important to make sure that you achieve everything you want to. This starts by identifying what your final goal is and what different milestones you need to accomplish along the way.

As you work on your plan for your Quest, you might find that you need a certain resource; maybe you need a book or article, or maybe some cardboard or wood. We all know how to Google Something, but how can you know what resources are the most helpful? Watch this video to learn more!

In your Genius Hour Quest, you might fail. And that's OK! Failure is a great way to learn. It is imporatnt that when you fail, you get back up and try again. Watch this video to hear about a time that Mr. Niek failed and how he got up and tried again.
